It has air in the hallway of the bedrooms.
On the upper floor we have another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Several terraces to enjoy a few days of perfect vacation! Denia has a lot to offer.
Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming villages, natural parks.
You can also visit the amusement parks of Benidorm.
Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving.
You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for walks along the coast.
In Denia you eat very well.
Its many restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates, whether in the typical fishermen's quarter, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea. (+) : Comme d'habitude, le confort, la piscine, le jardin ect...
Et surtout le service de l'équipe deniasol au top,serviable, réactive.
(-) : Petit lave vaisselle, pommeau de douche extérieur près de la piscine
La estancia fue de 10, casa muy cómoda , amplia y para lo que necesitábamos fue genial. Lo único que el sábado la salida es un poco pronto

La ubicación y amplitud
La casa ofertan como villa de lujo pero infelizmente no lo es. La casa necesita un mantenimiento y limpieza a fondo. Percheros caídos de la pared, cortinas rotas, duchas sucias, piscina sucia...la casa tiene todo para ser un lujo pero está descuidada.
Terminamos con los bañadores manchados de verde ...
