The flat, on the ground floor of a house with pedestrian access, is characterised by a porch at the entrance and a furnished terrace with table and chairs shared with the flat on the upper floor. The main entrance leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second entrance, to the left of the house, opens onto the living area furnished with a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen.
