The accommodation

It is the perfect combination of beach and city-break. The easy access to public transport and to all leisure and shopping services, as well as its privileged location, will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.
The 110 m2 flat has the following spaces
- Cosy living-dining room with comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, round table and 4 chairs, TV-HD, bay window overlooking the sea with access to the terrace with views of the beach.
- Side terrace overlooking the beach, equipped with table and 4 chairs.
- Master bedroom with sea views, with double bed 160x200 cm, large wardrobes, full length mirror. This bedroom has its own full bathroom (washbasin, mirror, walk-in shower, wc and bidet).
- Second bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds, desk with chair, large wardrobes and full-length mirror.
- Bathroom with double washbasin and mirror, wc and practical walk-in shower.
- Kitchen open to the living room with peninsula where the sink is located and at the same time has the function of a bar, equipped with 4 stools. Access to gallery on outdoor terrace where the washing machine is located. The rest of the equipment includes; oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.
It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel. The neighbourhood
The Patacona beach, in the municipality of Alboraya is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of the Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its services in terms of leisure and restaurants. This area maintains its charm both during the summer and winter seasons, as it is a quiet area with numerous children's playgrounds and gardens. Just a few metres from the flat is the pedestrian promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: trendy restaurants as well as famous rice restaurants, beach bars for a drink, wooden walkways on the sand, parasols and sun beds on the beach, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighbouring district of Malvarrosa you will find supermarkets and cash machines, as well as the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez. Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, typical of the municipalities to the north of the city, has its epicentre in the town of Alboraya, the municipality to which the Patacona beach belongs.
Also, due to its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of the city: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname of "little Venice"; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery; and Sagunto, a historic town presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.
How to get around
Bus stops, taxi ranks and cycle lanes are available just a few metres from the flat.
- Bus: Lines 19, 31 and 92 at 400 metres (5 min) in the direction of Valencia city centre. Stop La Malva-rosa - Mendizabal.
- Tram: Lines 4, 6 and 8 "La Cadena" at 1.5km (20 min).
