Set in an elevated position in Uddevalla, this wooden holiday home looks out over the lake and forest. Large windows and shades of blue give the open-plan living area a bright character. Enjoy the lake view from the terrace, and simply cross the road when you fancy a swim.
The 50 m² home sleeps 4 guests, including a maximum of 3 adults and 3 children. It has a bedroom with a double bed, 2 single beds, a mezzanine, a living area and a bathroom. The kitchen and dining area are equipped for shared meals, with a hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, electric heating and ground-floor underfloor heating add comfort, and consumption costs are included.
There is a private garden and free parking for 2 cars. The 500 m² grounds are shared, and the owner lives on site. Up to 2 pets are welcome. The house is non-smoking and is not rented to institutions or youth groups.
The surrounding area offers hiking, cycling and lake fishing. Havstensfjord and Gullmarsfjord are a few minutes away by car, while Gullmarsberg nature reserve and Lysekil, with its Stångehuvud nature reserve, make rewarding outings. The coast is approximately 1.5 km away and a beach approximately 4.7 km away, both measured in a straight line.

Wat een tof plekje! Prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk zwemmeer voor je deur. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.. Enig klein minpuntje is dat er slechts een gordijn als afscheiding tussen slaap- en woonkamer zit, zodat door de lichtinval je vroeg wakker bent. Verder niets dan lof.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Herzlichst begrüßt durch Gunnar und Elisabeth fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Der See perfekt zum baden. Das Haus mehr als gut ausgestattet. Wir würden sofort wieder hin.Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Een fantastische omgeving en een heel mooi en warm vakantiehuisje. Het huisje bevindt zich bij een mooi meer in een natuurrijke omgeving. Ondanks dat is er op enkele minuten een grote supermarkt in de buurt. De eigenaars Gunner en Elisabeth zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gewoon een super vakantie gehad
