Description of the accommodation
Apartment offers space for 4 guests. The beds are arranged in bedrooms, which there are 1, and in dining room, within a total area of 38m2. Guests have a private balcony to enjoy on warm summer nights. It is allowed to prepare meals on the communal barbecue. In the accommodation unit there is the possibility of bringing pets for an extra charge.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, air conditioning, car park, internet, cot, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.
CONDITIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: extra charge for short stays (percentage surcharge per number of nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3).
UNCONDITIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: Pets (€10.00 per night).
The availability of additional services in your reserved dates and the prices of the same (if not listed) must be checked in advance. Additional services that are not listed in the payment request will be paid directly to the landlord, assuming the guest also uses them.
