The area of the flat is 83 m2, it consists of two bedrooms, living room, open plan kitchen, two bathrooms, technical room, terrace and private patio with relax area. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay: modern furniture (including outdoor furniture for the terrace and sun loungers), electrical appliances (with dishwasher and coffee machine), bed linen and towels, crockery. Central air conditioning, barbecue, wireless internet. The complex has a large indoor area with children's playground and 3 swimming pools, divided into adult and children's area. There is a parking space. Within walking distance is the huge La Zenia shopping complex, which has shops of all kinds, including food supermarkets. Within walking distance you will find bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The sea and beach are approximately one kilometre away. Accommodation option: up to six people (no pets!) Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and patio!

Check-in is from 15:00 until 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturday. Check-out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A security deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
