Holiday apartment for 3 people with pool

This very sunny holiday flat with a large sea view terrace is located in the well-known holiday resort of Cala Fornells. Situated just a few metres above the sea, the flat offers fantastic views of the bay in front of it. The flat's large sun terrace of around 21 m², which is partially covered and therefore offers plenty of shade on hot summer days, is particularly attractive. The flat can also be accessed via the terrace. The large double doors lead directly into the open-plan living/dining area with the open-plan kitchen. A double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower cubicle offer space for 2 people. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for a third person. You can enjoy the beautiful view from almost every room. A few metres away is the complex's large communal pool, which is connected to a restaurant. A few steps down lead to further stone terraces and sea access. There are three restaurants in the complex, as well as a small grocery shop and a small ice cream parlour with other treats (may only be partially open in winter).

The beaches of Paguera and Cala Fornells are just a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the boulevard of Paguera.

The price includes linen packs for 2 people. For an occupancy with 3 persons or use of the sofa bed 1 linen package must be booked in addition. Approx. 70 steps to the flat.
