A modern Mediterranean holiday flat awaits you in the sought-after holiday region of Paguera/Cala Fornells in the south-west of the island. From the spacious terrace and almost all rooms, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the open sea and the picturesque bay of Cala Fornells and Paguera. The flat was extensively renovated in 2023 and combines the charm of the Mediterranean style with modern elements. The bright, open-plan living-dining area is tastefully designed and adjoins a kitchen separated by a large counter, which retains its traditional character but has been upgraded with contemporary details. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead from the living area to a spacious, partly covered sun terrace of approx. 22 m², which invites you to relax. Flexible seating furniture from the living room can be used as sun loungers on the terrace. Two additional folding loungers are also available. The spacious, semi-open shower room with floor-level shower and WC is separated from the hallway to the bedroom by a glass pane, allowing plenty of natural light into the room. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed and also enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, which extends over the roofs of the complex. The complex offers a wide range of amenities: A communal pool with adjoining restaurant invites you to linger, while several stone terraces and direct sea access offer further opportunities for relaxation. The complex has a total of three restaurants and a small grocery shop, which may have limited opening hours in the winter months. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth: Extensive sandy beaches await you in Paguera, while Cala Fornells boasts a charming bay with a pebble beach. Everything is within easy walking distance, including the centre of Paguera with a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops that leave nothing to be desired. Note:
