Flat ENZIAN:

Apartment ENZIAN is the only flat with direct access to the large garden. As this is completely fenced in, you can let your dog romp around carefree. There is also a large covered terrace. Both the living room and both bedrooms have a TV. There is enough space in the large kitchen to prepare meals together. The bathroom and toilet are separate. From the flat you have a view of the surrounding mountains and the valley.

Fifth sleeping place in the living room: pull-out sofa bed for one person.

From your bed you can see the sun's rays climbing over the mountain peaks, watch the magnificent ski runs and enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac on a hillside in the sunniest area of Bad Gastein. In the evening, the valley is bathed in a sea of lights and sparkles with the stars.

Directly above and below the ALPENWELT, beautifully laid out promenades lead to the centre, the world-famous waterfall and the surrounding area.

You can reach the ski bus from the house on the promenades in 5 minutes. This bus takes you over the famous waterfall and through the historic village centre directly to the valley station of the Stubnerkogelbahn in 6 minutes.
The house is located on the Graukogel mountain, which also awaits you with its pistes of pure natural snow.

There are free car parking spaces directly at the house, subject to availability.

We are happy to provide a baby cot and a high chair in your flat free of charge if required.

Pets are allowed after consultation - we charge EUR 7 per day for this.

In Bad Gastein in the direction of "Grüner Baum", turn left on Kötschachtaler Straße up the mountain into Reitlstraße.
