Even from your bed, you can watch the sun's rays climb over the mountain peaks, follow the magnificent ski slopes, and enjoy the glorious tranquility.
The house is located in a dead-end street on a slope in the sunniest area of Bad Gastein.
In the evening, the valley transforms into a sea of lights, sparkling in competition with the stars. Directly above and below the ALPINE WORLD, beautifully landscaped promenades lead to the center, the world-famous waterfall, and the surrounding area. You can reach the ski bus from the house in 5 minutes by walking on the promenades.
This bus will take you in 6 minutes past the famous waterfall and through the historic town center directly to the valley station of the Stubnerkogelbahn. The house is located on the mountain of Graukogel, which also awaits you with its slopes of pure natural snow. Depending on availability, there are free parking spaces directly at the house. We are happy to provide a baby bed and a high chair in your apartment free of charge if needed. Pets are allowed upon consultation – we charge EUR 7 per day for them. In Bad Gastein, head towards "Grüner Baum", then turn left up the mountain on Kötschachtaler Straße into Reitlstraße. Check-in from 2:00 PM Check-out by 10:00 AM
