This traditional and rustic stone cottage is one of four unique holiday accommodations located on Ventry Farm. Refurbished with love and reopened in 2022 these converted 16th-century stables and creamery are sure to offer a charming holiday experience on the west coast of Ireland.

This open-plan seaside holiday cottage has 2 beds and sleeps 3 guests

Safety note for the property:

- floor levels: the lounge has several small stairs / steps

- the mezzanine sleeping area (beds 2 and 3) is accessible by a ladder and it might be unsuitable for people with mobility issues / visually impaired/ children so extra caution is required.

- the fire place shown in the Living Room is an original feature but is not operational for health and safety reasons

IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:

Energy is charged at a fixed daily rate of €5 per day in peak season and €10 per day during off-peak season, payable upon booking this property.


2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
