Located on the top floor (6th floor without lift) of a building in the historic centre of Bastia, under mansard-roofed ceilings, we catch the light in spaces skilfully imagined by our architect.

This 65m2 flat (100m2 floor area) has
-a fitted entrance hall with cupboard,

-a bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC,

-a fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen utensils,

-a "cellar" with cleaning and ironing utensils,

-a large living room, dining room with flat-screen TV extending onto a 35m2 fitted roof terrace

-a bedroom with 160x200 bed, flat-screen TV and storage space.


The immense sun-drenched terrace offers a dazzling view over Bastia's old port, where the two bell towers of the Church of Saint Jean-Baptiste, so emblematic of the town, are reflected, as well as over its Citadel from which the bell tower of Sainte Marie Cathedral emerges.

This 35m2 terrace/rooftop has an outdoor lounge, 2 deckchairs, a dining area and a shower for cooling off.

The "Spaziu Gaudin" covered car park and the Citadelle covered car park are nearby. Once you have dropped off your car, you can wander through the old streets of Bastia.


Bed linen and towels are provided.

Children under 13 years of age are not accepted.

A deposit of EUR 1000 is payable on arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
