Independent house at the exit of a small hamlet.
It opens onto a large, fully enclosed plot of land with a large terrace to the South under a pergola and a small terrace to the West, a pétanque court.
On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 cm, 1 double bed 140 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm and child's bed), bathroom water, toilet.
Upstairs a small relaxation area on the landing, a bedroom with 2 90 cm single beds gives access to a storage space, the attic bathroom and another attic bedroom equipped with 2 90 cm single beds .
Central heating, very good thermal insulation.
In the south-east of the department, there is a rolling countryside of forests and meadows where it is good to hike and discover the legends that we like to pass down from generation to generation, water and rocks are often present.
Chateauneuf La Forêt is 6 km away: 12 Ha lake, supervised swimming in July and August, fishing, 2500 ha forest massif.
At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoy, paddle, baby ski...

Aurore et Alban sont des propriétaires très agréables et très accueillants.La maison est très bien situé au calme, un très grand terrain pour que les petits comme les grands s'amusent grâce encore plus aux jeux fournis par les propriétaires.

Le gîte est conforme à la description, très bien équipé pour le nombre de personnes indiqué. Le terrain clos est parfait pour les enfants. Et la région vaut la peine d'être visitée : verdure, lacs et rivières, charmants petits hameaux.Un séjour de découverte bien agréable.
