For a lovely walk on the beach, an afternoon sunbathing or to watch the sunset. This modern vacation home in Zoutelande has a terrace facing southwest, so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The beaches of Zoutelande are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine! But there is more: from kite surfing and water sports to wonderful undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland.

Upon entering the hall there is an immediate staircase upstairs, a guest toilet and the bathroom with sink with cabinet and a shower.
In the living room is a lovely sitting area created where it is resting after a long summer day or enjoy during a cool spring day with a good book or exciting movie.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher and Nespresso.
For the little guests there is a high chair.
Upstairs are two bedrooms.
One bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses and a closet.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a closet.
A crib is available.
Just like a stair gate. Through the doors in the living room you step onto the fenced terrace.
Here you can enjoy the sun on the garden furniture, under the parasol in peace and privacy.
Next to the terrace you can park your car on private property.
