This holiday home is located on the edge of the Paasberg nature reserve. De Paasberg is an old river dune complex, created by the blowing up of sand during the last ice age. There are beautiful hiking and cycling paths in this area. There are also several beautiful country houses and castles in the region. About seven kilometres away is the lively city of Doetinchem with a rich offer of shops, culture, events and restaurants.

Layout
The spacious living room has a large TV, air conditioning and a bar with a tap system and several refrigerators. The kitchen includes two five-burner cookers, an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and fridge. There are two separate toilets in the hall. On the ground floor there are five bedrooms, three of which have two single beds and two bedrooms with two single beds and a bunk bed. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms with two single beds. There is also another bathroom with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a spacious garden including go-karts, play equipment, a charcoal barbecue and a shed with a seating area and power connection for charging electric bikes. There is ample parking space.

Surroundings
Terborg is the only town in the municipality. The town is named after the Castle of the Lords of Wisch. The castle in question has unfortunately disappeared, but a new one has taken its place. In the centre, you will find Sint Jorisplein, with all kinds of catering establishments. It is also the start of a walking route through the area. Terborg is also close to the Paasberg: an eighty-metre hill in the Twente municipality of Losser. Furthermore, park De Koekendaal is an enjoyable outing for walkers, as well as children. The grounds include an animal pasture.
