This beautiful and completely ground floor holiday home is suitable for 9 people.
The house is situated in a wooded area on Bosrijk Ruigenrode.
The historic town Lochem with its cozy center is located at a distance of three kilometers.
The vast nature of the Achterhoek, the landscape with its forests, stately country estates, castles, charming villages and cities (such as Zutphen and Deventer) form a fantastic walking and cycling area.
At the adjacent 'Resort de Achterhoek' you can make free use of the recreation and play pond. The spacious and cosy living room has a nice seating area with flat-screen TV and fireplace.
There is also a generous dining area.
The open kitchen includes a fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, four-burner cooker, Senseo coffee machine and kettle.
The garden door opens onto the spacious terrace with garden furniture.
There are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Three bedrooms have two single beds and the fourth bedroom has three single beds.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom (two with a bath, toilet and washbasin and two with a shower, toilet and washbasin). Er was geen zwembad op het park,en dat was jammer. Dat het afval heeeel ver weg was (aan het andere kant van het park,dat zou op meerdere plaatsen zijn

Das Haus war schön jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad leider war das Wetter nicht auf unserer Seite.
Aber das Hallenbad ist sehr nah und man kann Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Schade das die Woche so schnell um war

Het was een gezellig huis, slaapkamers waren top alleen dacht ik dat de huiskamer groter was en het is 9 persoons maar er staan 8 eetkamerstoelen en 8 kopjes en zo verder prima huis en omgeving
