The apartment is located in a residential area overlooking one of the main squares of the town, a few hundred meters from the seafront, in a quiet and peaceful location slightly away from the chaos of the historic centre.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is spread over a single level, offering an internal surface area of 75 m2. The living area consists of a relaxation area with sofas and a separate kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both doubles with two joinable single beds.
It is a perfect solution for families or two couples of friends.
A bathroom with a large shower box (160x75) is available which will be replaced in 2025. It is located very close to the sea and all the town's services, including the supermarket 50 meters away. Location information: - in the centre, quiet residential area overlooking the square Services inside the apartment: - gas hob; fridge with freezer; electric oven; Smart TVs; washing machine; dishwasher; Wifi; hairdryer; fan Services outside the apartment: - small terrace with coffee table; free public parking nearby Important Notes: - groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted - check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid - Animals are not allowed - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure through a self-check-in procedure or in our offices located in Portoferraio where the rented bed and bath linen is collected, unless proper notice has been given for the delivery to the apartment.
