Through this, you will need to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for a parking space or pet stay.
In selected properties, access to the apartment is possible either via a code or by collecting keys from a key box.
The code will be available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities in Click&Stay.
If any issues arise, it is also possible to complete all formalities at the local office.
The local office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM.
Check-out must be by 11:00 AM. • The damage deposit is 300 PLN.
It consists of a pre-authorization (block) on the guest's card.
The funds on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out. • The release of the deposit funds blocked on the card depends on the bank where the customer holds their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days. • Tourist tax (currently 6.35 PLN / night / person). • The apartment has an underground garage, which is available for an additional fee. • Pets are not allowed in the selected apartment. • The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply: Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the booking amount Otherwise: 90% of the booking amount.
