The selected flat uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival you will receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You must use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as Tourist tax, deposit, signing the rental contract and any charges for a car park or staying with a pet.

In selected properties, access to the flat is possible either via a code or by collecting the keys from a key box. The code will be available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities in Click&Stay.

In case of any problems, it is also possible to complete all formalities at the local office, which is open from 9:00 to 17:00. Check-in is possible from 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00.

- The damage deposit is PLN 300. It consists of a pre-authorisation (block) on the guest's card. The balance on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.

- The release of the deposit funds blocked on the card depends on the bank where the customer holds their payment card and can take between 7 and 14 days.

- Tourist tax (currently it is PLN 6.35 / night / person).

- The flat has an underground car park, which is additionally charged.

- Pets are allowed in the selected flat. The cost of staying with a pet is PLN 40 per day.

- The flats are equipped with bed linen and towels.

Cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation, the following fees will be charged:
Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the booking amount
Otherwise 90% of the booking amount.
