Nice location, clean, well equipped and comfortable living space. Disappointed that the beds were not that comfy (springs / sunken mattress).
Good for 1 family only with 1 bed room as others are small

Location is very near to Guildford
No air conditioning so had to open the windows
Not much air circulation in 3rd bed room
Floor surface in dining area is rough
Dish washer - could not operate
