Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it comprises : - an open-plan living area comprising a lounge with a large corner sofa and a dining area, - an open-plan kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, - one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), - one bedroom with two single beds, - one bedroom with a single bed, - bathroom with shower, - bathroom with bathtub, - separate WC, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, baby bath, fan, central heating, - TV with satellite or cable, Wifi and books.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability. → The problem concerning the insufficient number of access badges has been fully resolved.

Situation très pratique métro et commerces au pied de la résidence
Appartement très agréable pour un séjour à plusieurs, très bien entretenu.

L'emplacement à proximité de la seine musicale, site ou nous avions notre séminaire.
Negative:
Le fait d'avoir qu'un seul jeu de clé et est ce qu'il est possible de mettre à disposition un fer à repasser.

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il fatto che ci fosse solo un wc piccolo separato dalla doccia e la vasca.
Per il resto è andato tutto bene e siamo stati contenti.
