The family-friendly apartments with pool and sea views in Isaresidence are the perfect solution for those who do not want to forgo the comforts of home and are seeking a holiday of peace and quiet.

The Residence is located directly on the sea amidst an extensive green park and features its own restaurant, swimming pools, and a well-equipped private beach.

Guests of the Residence can use the complete range of services of the adjacent Isamar holiday village, which is easily accessible via a short walk along the beach (approx. 4 minutes on foot). There, you will find additional amenities such as a water park with 5 swimming pools and a solarium, entertainment/kids' club, and a wide variety of sports facilities.

Our guests have access to newly renovated Studio apartments with pool/sea view (on the 1st or 2nd floor, elevator available) with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishes, cutlery, pots). In addition to a room with a double bed, there is a sofa bed in the living room offering accommodation for 2 more people.

The apartments have satellite TV. The balcony with a dining table invites you to relax comfortably while the children can let off steam on the playground or by the pool.

From there, you have a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. Cleaning service, linen change, and towel rental are available upon request.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.

Barbecuing is allowed.

Travel time from the Italian border approx. 3 hours.

From 2015 onwards, swimming caps are no longer mandatory.

BEACH

Isaresidence is located directly on a large private beach.

Additionally, our guests can also use the further beach services of the partner holiday village Isamar: Many water sports options are available to guests: windsurfing, sailing, canoeing; private and group sports courses are organized by trained personnel.

The beach also features: 2 beach volleyball courts and a fitness zone for aerobics and dance classes.

The ideal place to relax with a sunbath or to dedicate yourself to one of the many sports activities.

A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning till evening and offers an inviting, refreshingly delicious menu.

Paved walkways to the shoreline, umbrellas, and the beach bar guarantee access for strollers and persons with disabilities.

Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.

POOL

Isaresidence has its own large swimming pool as well as one for small children.

In addition, our guests can also use the pool facilities of Isamar.

Isamar offers a paradise for pool lovers! Just a few meters from the beach is the huge pool complex of Isamar, offering great fun for all ages.

Guests can choose from 6 water slides, an Olympic swimming pool, a swimming pool with a counter-current system, a paddling pool with a slide and water features for the little ones, and from 2018 onwards, a new lagoon pool with a rubberized floor and water features.

A whirlpool provides relaxation.

Those who prefer a quieter experience in the pool can find a relaxation pool for adults and children in front of the restaurant.

Another highlight is the daily swimming and water aerobics classes for guests.

Private lessons are also available.

Lifeguards ensure guest safety in all pools during opening hours.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

Although the residence is an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle, guests are always welcome to make use of the facilities at the neighboring Isamar.

Children are the true stars in the Isamar world; nothing is more important to us than the enjoyment of our little guests.

Safety is, of course, paramount, even in our mini-club for children aged 4 and up, where multilingual specialized staff look after our little guests in the morning and afternoon.

Everything a child could wish for is available: inflatable bouncy castles, a large playground with a skating rink, table tennis, the Dolphin Club's craft room, and the game arcade.

The fun continues with the children's disco, baby show, sports activities for children, and much, much more.

Entertainment is the heartbeat of our holiday resort.

A team of entertainment professionals invites young and old to participate in sports and games.

Those who want to keep fit during their holiday can simply follow the animation's daily program under professional guidance: aerobics, water aerobics, swimming lessons, tennis, archery, step, and much more at the fitness pavilion.

In the afternoon, there are football tournaments and beach volleyball, and in the late afternoon, on the beach, Latin dance classes.

And in the evening, when the lights go down, all animators become show stars, presenting musicals, dance shows, cabaret, and a diverse international entertainment program in the theater tent.

LEISURE AND SPORTS

Those who wish to stay fit even on holiday have a wide choice: tennis courts, football field, mini-football field, beach volleyball, inline skating, and archery.

In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness program for every day with stretching, water aerobics, Gag, Step, Latin dance classes, and yoga.

At the beach, you can rent windsurf boards, sailboats, and canoes.

Daily group swimming and tennis courses are held, or, upon request, private lessons are also available.

At the sports pool is the Diving Center, which offers introductory courses as well as courses for open-water diving and PADI certifications.

The riding stable is just a few steps outside the holiday resort and offers riding lessons for adults and children, therapeutic riding, and rides along the shores of the lagoon.

The "Isamar Wellness Center" offers a variety of treatments: massages (anti-stress, Shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, Californian massage) and many different body and facial treatments (all by appointment). The Wellness Center offers a wide range of individual treatments for body care and beauty.

The fitness center is open daily and admission is free.

A personal trainer provides guidance for a correct workout upon request.

The infirmary is open daily and is managed by a nurse trained in first aid. A pediatrician is available for one hour daily at the holiday resort.

SHOPPING

Right next to the residence, there is a well-stocked grocery store.

In addition, there are shopping facilities at Isamar: a variety of shops: a supermarket with a bakery, a fishmonger from the famous fish market in Chioggia, the bazaar with newspapers, books, beach items, clothing, and toys, the boutique Annamaria Pontarin, the jewelry store, and the Tuscan wine and delicatessen shop.

FOOD AND DRINK

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pots.

Shopping facilities are also nearby.

In addition to its own restaurant for Isaresidence guests, the partner holiday village Isamar offers a rich selection of restaurants to enjoy specialties of regional and international cuisine.

Italian cuisine is famous worldwide, and our restaurants leave nothing to be desired with their rich selection of fresh dishes.

Il Girasole: best dishes of our region, fresh fish directly from the Chioggia fish market, pizza, and a large outdoor grill.

Weekly festivals and barbecue parties are held here.

Al Tendone: quick snacks at lunchtime and pizzeria and beer garden in the evening.

Sale e Pepe: gastronomy with a diverse selection of takeaway food.

Delice: patisserie and ice cream parlor, for breakfast in the morning, later for an aperitif, and in the evening for an ice cream sundae! Our Internet Point is also located here.

Beach Bar: as the name suggests, this snack bar is on the beach and is open all day. In the evening, it is a meeting point for a cocktail right on the beach.

For all night owls, La Cabaña opens its doors in the evening.

An old country house has been transformed into an atmospheric restaurant with a pizzeria, and after dinner, the establishment transforms into a lounge bar and disco, with a large park and 2 dance floors.

PETS

2 dogs up to a maximum of 35 kg are welcome in specially designated apartments upon registration at the time of booking.

Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed (especially Pitbull, Rottweiler, Dobermann). Bookings with dogs must always be reconfirmed by the owner.

SPECIAL FEATURES

In the evening, La Cabaña is the meeting point for everyone, a multi-purpose structure created from the renovation of an old country house: spacious internal areas, arcades, and green spaces.

The restaurant, open late, offers a wide selection of refined typical regional cuisine - especially concerning meat specialties - pizza, and barbecue snacks.

And after dinner... lively nights with live music and themed parties.

La Cabaña opening hours: daily from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

The renowned equestrian center with a riding school is a facility known year-round for special events and competitions.

An ideal meeting point for a ride in the paddocks, riding lessons, or for hippotherapy, but also a starting point for long rides to the beach or the mouth of the Adige River.

Our offer: accompanied rides, riding lessons for beginners and professionals, courses for children with ponies, horse boarding, hippotherapy.

DIRECTIONS

Along the Romea road, which has led from Venice to Rome since time immemorial, you will find the historic port town of Chioggia on the shores of the Venetian lagoon, with its picturesque old town, also known as "Little Venice." Not far away to the south are Villaggio Isamar and Isaresidence.
