Welcome to Sevrier!
Located in a peaceful setting, close to all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, cheese shop, restaurants within 500 metres), this triplex flat is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully-equipped flat benefits from a view of the lake and mountains.
The exceptional location will allow you to leave the car behind (if you wish!).
The beaches of Sevrier are just 300m away, as is the cycle path that goes around the lake (42km for the bravest) and will take you to the magnificent town of Annecy in 6km.
For swimming, the two beaches of Sevrier will welcome you free of charge.
⚠️ Unless otherwise stated: in France the bathroom is composed of a shower or a bathtub, the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The house benefits from a very large living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a terrace with a breathtaking view.
Note: Two of the three bedrooms can accommodate 3 people.
2 parking spaces will be reserved for you.
TV and broadband Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the property
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
