The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming house in the village of Plurien, featuring Wi-Fi (fibre optic), with a floor area of 100 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower) and a garden of around 150 m².

- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, gas barbecue, tumble dryer.
Outdoors
- A lovely 150 m² garden + terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Plurien, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
If you choose to come by car, you can park right in front of the house.

- Nearest airports: Rennes, Dinard

Maison charmante, confortable et bien équipée dans un village calme.
A proximité du bord de mer (15/20 mn à pied) et de quelques commerces.
Nous aurons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci à Célia de l'agence pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Maison cosy, jolie vue sur le jardin lorsque nous sommes au coin du feu. Poêle à bois hyper réconfortant après avoir pris le grand air. Cuisine complète, tout y est. Salle de bain top et chambres confortables.
A 45 minutes de Saint-Malo et de Dinard. Jolie plage à Plurien. De quoi profiter pleineme...

Superbe maison bien placée dans un petit village sans trop de passage devant la maison. Accueil, départ, explications, super. Prix attractif également.
On recommande vivement et nous repasserons très certainement par Cocoonr.
