Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 100 m² house with wifi (fibre optics) in Plurien, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 150 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, gas barbecue, tumble dryer, bikes available (3 adult bikes (1 mountain bike and 2 city bikes) and 3 children's bikes (approx. 12, 10 and 6 years old). The adult city bikes have a luggage rack and the children's bikes are mountain bikes. The adult city bikes have luggage racks and the children's bikes are mountain bikes).
Outside :
- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Plurien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, St Brieuc
- Nearest airport: Rennes, Dinard
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (+€15/pet)

- An independent arrival: by collecting the keys directly from the house in a key box.

Le Petit Cocon "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée au cœur du village. Aménagements bien pensés pour la famille, mise à disposition de vélos, terrasse bien aménagée. Tout pour passer des moments agréables avec commerces à proximité ( boulangerie, charcuterie, marché le vendredi)
