The accommodation of about 47sqm is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (32 steps to reach the floor of the apartment) and is composed as follows

- KITCHENETTE equipped with induction cooker, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven and wine glasses;

- LIVING AREA with dining table, double French sofa bed and TV;

- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe, access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM II with armchair and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower and bidet, toilet.

- BALCONY with wooden table, deck chair and umbrella.


Available an outdoor parking space assigned and below the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fano, equal to EUR 1.30 one night per person for the first 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Description of the area

The apartment is located in a residential area of the city of Fano, in a location that lends itself to both a relaxing stay and a more dynamic holiday: it is in fact located in a street away from the busiest and noisiest streets, but at the same time nearby the lido with sandy beach and the most popular clubs, and a 25-minute walk from the historic city center. From this location, in a few minutes by car, it is also possible to reach all the most famous places on the Romagna and Marche coasts, and the characteristic villages of the hinterland. The characteristic fish market and the renowned typical restaurants of the town are also close at hand.

- Eurospin (supermarket): 4 minutes by car;

- Vannucci Pharmacy: 6 minutes by car.


Getting around

- FROM the "Enzo and Walter Omiccioli" airport of Fano you can reach the apartment by taking bus 17 (13 stops) and then get off at the "Fano Stazione" stop and take bus 3 to the "Bersaglio" stop which stops just a 4-minute walk from the apartment.


- FROM STATION you can easily reach the apartment by taking bus 3 (6 stops) and get off at the "Bersaglio" stop, just a 4-minute walk from the apartment.


- IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING BY CAR, the apartment has an assigned outdoor parking space below the apartment, which is located under the canopy on the left (suitable for SUVs).
