Welcome to our holiday home, Casa Ramerino, in Brissago! With space for up to 6 people and 3 cozy bedrooms, our 130 sqm house offers the perfect location for your next holiday on Lake Maggiore.
Enjoy the dreamlike setting amidst the picturesque landscape.
Sunny location with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.
The swimming pool is for your sole use.
It measures approximately 9 x 5 meters and is 1.5 - 1.9 meters deep, equipped with a modern automatic filter system.
You have exclusive use of an outdoor area of approximately 300m².
Enjoy privacy with a patio, a garden grill, and a view of Lake Maggiore.
Additionally, we offer another patio by the pool with a sun umbrella and a sunbathing area.
Depending on the weather, the pool is open from the end of April to the beginning of October.
The swimming pool is not heated. Inside, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, where each bed has 2 mattresses (90cm wide).
A further small bedroom offers a double bed measuring 160cm, also with 2 mattresses.
The house has 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is equipped with a bar and opens onto the generous living area, which offers ample space for comfort and relaxation even in bad weather.
Additionally, you have a lockable garage with an outdoor parking space and a washing machine at your disposal.
