Welcome to our holiday home Casa Ramerino in Brissago! With space for up to 6 people and 3 cozy bedrooms, our 130 sqm house offers the perfect place for your next holiday on Lake Maggiore.
Enjoy the fantastic location amidst the picturesque landscape. Sunny location with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. The swimming pool is for your sole use. Size approx. 9 x 5 m and between 1.5 - 1.9 m deep, equipped with a modern automatic filtration system. An outdoor area of approximately 300m² is for your exclusive use. Enjoy privacy with a seating area, a garden grill, and views of Lake Maggiore. Additionally, we offer another seating area by the pool with a sun umbrella and loungers. The swimming pool is in operation depending on the weather, from the end of April to the beginning of October.
The swimming pool is not heated. Indoors, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, where each bed has 2 mattresses (90cm wide). A further small bedroom offers a double bed measuring 160 cm, also with 2 mattresses. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is equipped with a bar and opens onto the generous living area, which offers ample space for comfort and relaxation even in bad weather. Additionally, a lockable garage with an outdoor parking space and a washing machine are available for your free use.
