The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this beautiful air-conditioned apartment with sea views in Coti-Chiavari, less than 300 meters from the beach, with a surface area of 80 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. Located on the first and top floor, it consists of a lovely 300 sq ft living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An air-conditioned living room of 300 square feet with sofa, TV, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, and more
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 35 m² terrace with a beautiful sea view and furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is located in Verghia above Mare E Sole beach in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private, numbered parking space in the basement of the apartment building, as well as in the private parking space outside the residence.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio, 35 km away (about 45 minutes by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets accepted, for an additional fee of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
- Any requests to arrive or depart outside the specified times are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged

Les Terrasses de la Pinède Wir haben uns sehr gefühlt in dem schönen Appartement. Gut ausgestattet, schöner Blick von der Terasse. Sehr nette Nachbarn :). Leider war der Pool nicht nutzbar, was wir weniger als 1 Tag vorher erfahren haben. Dank Airbnb gab es für uns eine Teilrückerstattung.

Les Terrasses de la Pinède Très belle location très proche de la plage de Verghia. Tout est fonctionnel et conforme à la description. La personne chargée de l'accueil est dispo, claire, sympathique et très réactive.

Les Terrasses de la Pinède "très bel appartement. bien situé. belle vue et tout ce dont on a besoin et plus encore.
Par contre la piscine n'est pas accessible du tout et ceci depuis février (,et risque de ne pas l être de l été) . l annonce ne le précise pas et c'est fort dommage...et même presque ...
