Our house is located in a quiet and sunny spot on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller.
Enjoy a friendly farm, a large meadow, and the occasional whistle of the old steam train passing by. In our apartments and suites, you will experience state-of-the-art comfort while enjoying a cozy atmosphere thanks to the traditional architectural style and furnishings.
Each apartment includes an 8-meter-long balcony or a terrace with a garden.
Despite the unique location, the village center, ski area, and leisure park are just a few minutes' walk away. Right next to our apartment building is our family-friendly farm.
There is much for the children to discover, and from here comes our delicious milk and all sorts of other farm delicacies. For children, there is now plenty to experience in the newly opened play area: On hot days, you can cool off in the swimming pool.
Little racers can enjoy the thrill on the go-kart track.
With our children's bikes, adventurers can explore the farm and the surrounding nature.
You can have fun and experience adventures! Zell – the historic heart of the Zillertal valley – is also the ideal starting point for hikes, excursions, and bike tours in the Zillertal Alps.
The attraction in Zell is surely the brilliant Arena-Coaster, a 1,450-meter-long alpine coaster with wild steep turns, jumps, waves, and loops – pure action fun for young and old. Make your precious holiday time, together with your loved ones, a charming experience of enjoyment amidst a magnificent mountain panorama. We look forward to welcoming you!
