Stay in this beautiful detached house in the middle of the estate, which used to be one of the barns of a farm. It is ideal for sun holidays with the family.

Let the children romp in the small playground or go shopping in Pian di San Martino or Todi (famous for its beautiful medieval centre). These places are within a 5 km radius of the accommodation. Apart from these places, other historical sites such as Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi are also within easy reach.

The flat is tastefully furnished and equipped with a private lawn on which to start your days relaxing with a snack and a drink. The living room is cosily furnished with characteristic terracaotta tiles and heavy oak beams. The property boasts an authentic feel and also offers access to the shared swimming pool. For a fee of 200 euros per person per week or 20 euros per person per day, you have unlimited access (from 15:00 to 18:00) to the wellness centre, which includes sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and hot tub. The wellness centre is only accessible to guests aged 14 and above.
