The holiday home Strömbergs Gunnar is located on the 2nd floor of a building in Oberstaufen, Germany.
This 4-star property offers a comfortable and spacious retreat for up to nine people, with a living area of 160 square meters.
The accommodation is particularly suitable for families or groups who value high-quality furnishings and a well-maintained ambiance. The house was built in 1903 and last comprehensively renovated in 2020, creating a successful combination of historic charm and modern amenities.
The rooms are equipped with high-quality parquet flooring in both the living room and the four bedrooms, contributing to a cozy living atmosphere.
The centrally heated accommodation comprises a total of five rooms: four bedrooms with space for a total of nine sleeping places, and an inviting living room with a sofa area, an armchair, and an open fireplace.
This invites you to relax, especially on cooler days. The kitchen is designed as a separate room with a dining table and is extensively equipped.
In addition to a 4-burner hob with an electric oven, you will find a coffee machine, a Senseo espresso machine, a toaster, a microwave, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a kettle are also available to enable comfortable self-catering. Two bathrooms ensure sufficient comfort, even for larger groups of guests.
The facilities include a bathtub, a shower, both with hot water, a washbasin, a mirror, and a toilet.
Additionally, hairdryers, bath towels, towels, and bed linen are provided.
A special highlight of the house is the available sauna, offering relaxation after an active day in the surrounding area. For laundry care, a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are available for your own use. The practical wardrobe and chest of drawers complement the interior furnishings.
For your safety, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are installed. The holiday home offers both a balcony and a terrace, inviting you to spend time outdoors.
A private parking space with a garage is available for one vehicle, making arrival with your own car easier. The technical equipment includes internet access and Wi-Fi, a television with a screen diagonal of 25 to 34 inches, a CD player, and a radio, allowing for entertainment and connectivity.
A vacuum cleaner is available for tidiness. The house is a non-smoking accommodation and allows pets, offering additional comfort for guests with animal companions.
Children are warmly welcome, making the accommodation particularly suitable for families. The location in Oberstaufen opens up numerous opportunities for leisure activities in the Allgäu region, both in summer and winter.
Thanks to its spacious layout, high-quality furnishings, and special amenities, the Strömbergs Gunnar holiday home is an attractive choice for discerning guests seeking relaxation and comfort. We invite you to secure your stay in this well-maintained holiday accommodation and enjoy the advantages of Oberstaufen in a pleasant atmosphere.
