Our vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a large living room with a flat-screen TV and two separate dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (double bedroom with 1.80m double beds and a second TV, single bedroom with a 0.90 x 2.00m bed), a large bathroom with a bathtub & shower, and a guest toilet.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi internet access.
To ensure you are not disturbed by the train line, all windows are double-glazed.
You will spend wonderful days in the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Middle Rhine Valley, enjoying the spacious and cozy atmosphere. Our well-equipped vacation apartment (approx. 110 m²) is located in the attic and features 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 3 people, a living room with a Rhine view stretching from Stolzenfels Castle to Marksburg Castle, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest toilet.
The apartment is centrally located on a quiet side street.
Guests can relax and unwind in the garden seating area.
Bakeries, grocery stores, and public transport are in close proximity.
Hiking and cycling paths can be reached within approximately 300 meters in the direction of Koblenz and Boppard.
The ship pier in the Rheinanlagen is just a few minutes away.
Further excursion destinations include the Mosel, Ahr, and Lahn valleys, as well as Koblenz with its famous Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the "Deutsches Eck." Look forward to a varied and relaxing holiday in the historic town of Rhens, in the heart of the Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage site.

From April 1, 2024, we offer our guests a VRM guest ticket for free use of public transportation within the VRM area (northern Rhineland-Palatinate) and parts of Hesse.
This eliminates the hassle of buying train tickets at the machine and the often tedious search for parking.
Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and towels will be provided.
A private parking space is available in front of the house.
Our apartment is suitable for 1-3 adults (children aged 12 and above are also welcome).

Bei der Ankunft lagen von den Gastgebern Plätzchen, Tee und Kaffeepads bereit.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für einen schönen Urlaub notwendig ist, sogar Spiele sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden.
Schöner Ausblick zum Rhein und zur nachts beleuchteten Marksburg :-)

Wegen der Bahnlinie haben wir bei der Lage der Wohnung 1 Stern abgezogen.
Bei geschlossenen Fenstern nimmt man dies allerdings kaum wahr.
