This recent residence, full of character, has been carefully arranged into three distinct apartments, offering its residents privacy and tranquility, while being located just 300m from the beach. Located on the ground floor of the house, "ENEZ HIR" is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment designed for your comfort and well-being. Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the warm atmosphere of this large living area.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals while staying connected with your loved ones in the adjacent living room. The three spacious bedrooms offer a comfortable resting space for all guests.
Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, while the third bedroom features two single beds, ideal for children or friends. The large bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience for all travelers. Outside, enjoy outdoor living on the large wooden terrace, where you can relax and savor al fresco meals in complete privacy.
The small garden also offers a green space where children can play safely. A shared laundry room for the 3 apartments is located in the common area.
It contains a washing machine and a dryer. Are you a larger group? Rent one or two additional 1-bedroom apartments upstairs; the accommodation can then accommodate 10 or even 14 people!
