The sleeping area includes a triple bedroom (3 beds 90x200), a double bedroom (140x200), and a bathroom (corner shower cabin + vanity unit).
On the ground floor, you will access an unfenced garden with garden furniture under the linden tree, a barbecue, deckchairs, and a pétanque court.
Parking is available at the foot of the property, and there is an electric vehicle charging station.
A garage for bicycles/motorcycles will be provided upon request.
Additional charges: electricity and heating (with meter readings from October to April).
Beds will be made upon arrival, and towels are an additional charge. 15 minutes from Troyes, 10 minutes from the factory outlets, in the heart of the Orient Forest Lakes, this comfortable cottage is located on the second floor of the town hall.

Super gîte, très propre et spacieux. Localisation au calme absolu, très agréable. Si nous avions juste une suggestion : mettre un lit 2 personnes plus grand, car trop étroit pour 2 adultes. Sinon parfait en tout point, je recommande !
