Het huis is praktisch ingericht in een leuke omgeving. Nabij zit een supermarkt en een top bakker op de hoek. Het huis is heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host was heel behulpzaam en gaf leuke tips voor de omgeving.
Het vochtgehalte in het huis was hoog, met name in de slaapkamer met douche. Jammer dat je niet allemaal direct na elkaar warm kunt douchen. Dit laatste gaf de host vooraf aan dus hier kun je dan prima rekening mee houden.
