If you love the great outdoors but also crave luxurious comfort, this lodge is your perfect destination. As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 with additional sofa bed in living room. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is en suite with toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink with over bath shower system. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property up 2 dogs. Park passes are extra to use the site facilities (Off Peak 7 days £21.00pp less than 7 days £18.90pp) ( Peak 7days £29.95pp less then 7 days £26.96pp) !! We do not allow same sex groups or party groups !!! We will remove you from the property if found braking these rules. Season dates for park facility are March - October.

Excellent living space , good kitchen facilities, comfy beds with TV in each bedroom plus ensuite what more can you ask for. Oh yeah the fact you can park right outside on your own drive with the secure feeling of being on a private caravan site.

Lovely weekend in Skegness. Love the winter over there when it's quieter.

The accommodati0on was spot on. Lovely beds and a beautiful place to stay. The host kept me up to date prior to arrival and checked on us after we had arrived to make sure all was well. Really enjoyed the weekend and would stay there again.

Everything! It's our second stay here and we have also booked for next year. We like the site and it's away from all the hustle and bustle but it is also only short bus ride into Skegness or Ingoldmells.
It's always very clean and comfortable, it's so nice to watch all the ducks on the pond from the veranda.
It needs a hot tub 😉 lol
