In La Giettaz, we offer you this charming 40 m² apartment with mountain view, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 4th and top floor, it comprises a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included.

- A lockable garage is available for your motorbikes and bicycles.
The apartment is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities :
- Skiing: La Giettaz ski lifts are 5-10 minutes from the apartment to access the "Portes du Mont Blanc" ski area
- The La Clusaz ski area is 20 minutes away by car
- The Espace Diamant in Praz sur Arly or Flumet is also less than 20 minutes away
- Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc in Megève is less than 30 minutes away
- Chamonix is less than 1 hour away
- Hiking
- Trail running
- Via ferrata
- Dog sledding
- MOUNTAIN BIKING
- For bikers, the village and the Aravis pass are right on the Grandes Alpes route.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence parking lot. Private garage also available. A car is essential for getting around.

- Nearest train station: Albertville, Sallanches or Annecy more than 30 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Geneva 80 km away

Appartement très agréable le fait de ne pas avoir d’ascenseur jusqu’au 4 eme étage pas gênant du tout mon mari a été blessé au genou au ski et cela ne nous a pas posé pb .

Le petit Schuss "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous n'en avons pas eu marre de contempler ce paysage tout les jours avec cette vue sur les montagnes...
Le logement est très calme et spacieux.
Les instructions pour l'arrivée et le départ ont été claires et faciles, merci à Eva avec qui les contacts ont été faciles ??.
Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce beau village de la Giettaz"
