Colonia de Sant Pere, an idyllic fishing village in the north of Majorca, is surrounded by sea and mountains. A short walk takes you to the promenade with restaurants and cafés and to the urban beach of the village. Next to it is the village of Betlém, where you can go kayaking or paddle surfing. If the beach is what you are looking for, there are endless possibilities: natural beaches such as Son Serra de Marina or Cala Torta or more urban beaches such as Can Picafort or Son Moll in Cala Ratjada. The area is a paradise for hikers and cyclists as it is close to the Llevant nature park with many routes. In the village there is a small grocery shop. Further services can be found in Can Picafort or Cala Ratjada. A car is recommended.

The flat has 2 cosy air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the second with 2 single beds. In the loft, open to the living room, there is another double bed. Apart from the en suite bathroom, there is a separate bathroom with shower. For added comfort, a hairdryer is provided for guests. There is a small terrace with a gas barbecue to enjoy summer days.



The living room, open to the dining area and the kitchen, is air-conditioned. The kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, offers the opportunity to prepare delicious home-cooked meals to share. In addition, a washing machine is included for added convenience during your stay. With WiFi available throughout the flat and a TV for additional entertainment, you will have everything you need for a comfortable and connected stay. This flat is especially suitable for couples with children, as it offers the possibility to accommodate up to 2 additional children, providing more than enough space for everyone to feel at home.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each adult. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).

The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
