The building LA PALANCA is a low four-storey building without lift. Located at the south end of the building, just twenty metres from the beach, eighty metres from a sports area and a grove of trees with swings for the little ones.

Third floor flat with three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a toilet, separate kitchen with utility room and living-dining room with access to an east-facing terrace overlooking the sea. It has ceiling fans in the living room and two bedrooms.

The flat is equipped with everything necessary to cook and set a table. It includes parking space within the complex. It has television, washing machine, microwave. Pets are allowed on request, maximum weight 10 kg...

Bed linen is changed every fortnight. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.

The town hall of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service all along the beach of Xeraco (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

The beach of Xeraco offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.

Key collection will take place at our offices, in C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of collecting the keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacating of the accommodation will take place before 10:00 am. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Before collecting the keys, a deposit of 150 € must be paid, which will be returned after checking the flat, and if the company considers it appropriate, up to 48 hours after vacating the apartment.
