The LA PALANCA building is a low-rise construction of four floors without an elevator.
Located at the South end, just twenty meters from the beach, and eighty meters from a sports complex and a grove with swings for the little ones. Third-floor apartment with three bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub), one toilet, separate kitchen with a gallery-laundry area, and a living-dining room with access to an East-facing terrace with sea views.
It has ceiling fans in the living room and two bedrooms.
Includes a garage space. Sleeps 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ALLOWED upon request, maximum 10 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). Includes bed linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
There is a possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit previously.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit which will be refunded after inspection of the apartment, or purchase a €28 non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance). The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
In low season, we recommend having a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshes.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
