A beautiful natural beach with fine sand "Playa de la Jaquita" is only a few steps away from the house. Other beautiful beaches and the centre of the coastal town are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house. El Médano is a small, quiet coastal village in the south of the island, famous for its wonderful golden fine sandy beaches and its local atmosphere. Strolling through the centre, dotted with small bars, taverns, restaurants and shops or enjoying the various terraces that surround the 2 squares of the village is a real pleasure. It is an ideal house for families with children, as well as for individual travellers who want to escape from the big, overcrowded tourist centres and feel at home in comfort. It is expressly forbidden the celebration of events and parties, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
