This modern and elegant Mediterranean style holiday villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; Casa Fernando, which sleeps up to 10 people, is ideal for families or groups wishing to unwind for a peaceful holiday and relax by its own crystal clear swimming pool, which is surrounded by a landscaped garden providing privacy and tranquillity.
You will find that the open plan kitchen, living and dining area enjoys a seamless connection to the outdoors and a lush view. The living room has seating for all guests, providing an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The relaxing atmosphere extends to the modern kitchen and dining room, where comfort and convenience rule. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including all appliances.
This house offers WIRELESS (fibre optic) INTERNET and a smart TV. The holiday villa can be air conditioned in the summer months and heated in winter.
To make the most of its stunning location, step outside where a private setting awaits you. While the children swim in the large pool, you can take time out in one of the corners of the garden to sit or lie down. When it's time for dinner, the outdoor entertaining area offers ample seating and a barbecue, and as the evening progresses, the outdoor lounge is a comfortable option. Upon request it is possible to heat the pool!
Guests have 5 bedrooms to choose from at the end of their magical holiday day. The first bedroom is on the ground floor. This room has two single beds and a wardrobe. In the hallway you will immediately find the first bathroom. Here you can take a refreshing shower in the walk-in shower. With the stairs you go upstairs where you immediately enter a room that is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. This is where the other three bedrooms are joined. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, these rooms also have access to the balcony. The other bedroom is a children's room. Here there are two smaller single beds. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
The fifth bedroom is located in the garden, adjacent to the house. This bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the property you have enough space to park your car, the garden is fully fenced and a washing machine is available to keep your luggage light. Come and relax by the private pool or spend your days exploring the beaches, mountains and picturesque villages of the Costa Blanca!

Second time to this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect, everything you need is at the villa. Loraine is great communicated with to make sure everything was ok. We have been visiting Alicante province for over 25 years and this has to be the best property. Be back soon 🙂

Très belle maison, au calme, bien équipé le plus la grande piscine. Deux petits soucis à notre arrivée mais réglée immédiatement par l’hôte . Hôte très réactif. Je recommande nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Casa Fernando was perfect for our group of 10 friends staying for a week in Calpe. It was spacious enough to fit us all in separate beds with just two pairs sharing, and it never felt like we were too crowded! The pool was lovely - worth paying the extra to have it heated! Morning yoga on the roofto...
