Please note: 1: Smoking is NOT permitted in this apartment. 2: One small, well-behaved dog weighing up to 7kg is allowed.
An additional charge of €50.00 will be payable upon arrival. 3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted. 4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times. 5: You are renting private accommodation.
Toilet paper and soap will be provided upon arrival but will need to be replenished by yourself. 6: The land in front of the complex is under construction which may cause some noise pollution during the day (during August the construction stops).
