A private, traditionally Spanish holiday villa, beautifully located in Carrio, a quiet urbanisation in Calpe. This villa is an excellent choice if you are looking for a well located rental next to the coast of Calpe and Benissa.



It offers a spacious living space featuring the cosy atmosphere of Spain. Relax on the sofa or read the newspaper on one of the two seats. Enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round. However, it can get a bit chilly at night in winter. Then everyone gets together and puts an extra log in the fireplace.



The villa is equipped with all comforts, such as Wi-Fi Internet, flat screen satellite TV with Vlaanderen TV, air conditioning and dining table for 8 persons.



The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.



The first two bedrooms and one bathroom are located in the villa. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and a sofa bed, so this bedroom can accommodate 4 people. This bedroom also has air conditioning.



The other two bedrooms and the bathroom are located next to the house, but can be reached via the covered terrace. The modern master bedroom has a double bed, Ibiza style wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a spacious shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. Next to this bedroom you will find another room with a sofa. This is a sofa bed suitable for two people.



For a totally relaxing holiday, come in, close the door and let your mind wander on any of the sun loungers and relax around the pool and sip your favourite cocktails and cool off. The pool can be heated on request (see information below).



And that's not all. Enjoy long summer evenings together while cooking fresh fish and delicious grilled meats in the outdoor kitchen.



To make your holiday as comfortable as possible, you can use the washing machine, there is ample parking space on the private property for several cars. And you can also enjoy the roof terrace.

2: Smoking is NOT allowed in this house.

3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car in the accommodation!

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 persons; it is not allowed to exceed this number.

5: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival but you will need to replenish them yourself.



Pool heating
The pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The cost is 25 € per day and starts from the day we turn on the pump.
