Villa Miro: the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to the last sounds of summer and then watch the sun slowly sink into the horizon. The villa is a bright and comfortable newly built holiday villa, situated in a very quiet residential area of Javea.



On entering, you will be greeted with a comfortable living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for a meal at home. And the living room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is also provided. So you have all the comfort you need during your holiday.



Make yourself at home in one of the 4 bedrooms. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are suitable for families or couples. The four bedrooms are divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. And on the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. It is exactly the same on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.



Villa Miro has a large garden around the villa which is completely fenced where you have several places to sit and relax and enjoy the day. A large private 10x5 metre swimming pool (can be heated on request, from April - November 1st) where everyone can enjoy a refreshment during the hot summer days. There is also space to park your car safely on a private property.



During your stay, this house will be yours, and your comfort and convenience is our top priority. The house is equipped with everything you need! So a perfect place for a family to get away and explore the centre of Jávea!

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this house.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; It is not allowed to exceed this number.

3: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

4: You rent private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival, but you must replenish them yourself.

5: This accommodation has an alarm system. Its use is optional, but it provides additional security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.



Important information
The swimming pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The cost is 25€ per day and starts from the day we turn on the pump.
