The villa is a bright and comfortable newly built holiday villa, located in a very quiet residential area of Javea. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a comfortable living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has everything you need for a meal at home.
And the living room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is also provided.
So you have all the comfort you need during your holiday. Feel at home in one of the 4 bedrooms.
The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are suitable for families or couples.
The four bedrooms are spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
And on the first floor, you will find the other two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
One bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
It is exactly the same on the first floor.

Villa Miro has a large garden around the villa which is completely fenced where you have various places to sit and relax and enjoy the day. A large private swimming pool of 10x5 meters (can be heated on request, from April - 1 November) where everyone can enjoy a refreshment during the hot summer days.
There is also space to park your car safely on private property. During your stay, this house will be yours, and your comfort and convenience is our top priority.
The house is equipped with everything you need! So a perfect place for a family to escape and explore the center of Jávea! Please note: 1: NO smoking or pets are allowed in this house. 2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted. 3: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times. 4: You are renting private accommodation.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with toilet paper and soap, but you will need to replenish these yourself. 5: This accommodation has an alarm system.
Its use is optional, but it provides extra security during your stay.
If you have any questions about the system, please do not hesitate to contact us. Important information: The swimming pool can be heated upon request from April 1st to November 1st. The cost is €25 per day and starts from the day we turn on the pump.

A beautiful property equal to website photos. Well equipped and comfortable. Easy communication with CBD Hosts/Managers. One suggested improvement is on wifi coverage which was intermittent outside of the main living area and upstairs bedrooms. The hosts were extremely helpful in mailing back some items that were accidentally left behind - much appreciated!

Prachtige villa, rustig gelegen, en super fijn dat het zwembad verwarmd kan worden. Wij hebben er medio mei een heerlijke week gehad. Meldingen via WhatsApp van een kapotte wakerkoker en een probleem met het water werden vlot opgepakt en verholpen en het in- en uitchecken verliep ook heel soepel.
