A holiday apartment in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy all that Morello 5B has to offer! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located just 300 meters from the beach and the boulevard with its numerous restaurants and bars.
Or you can relax on one of the sun loungers on the private covered terrace and enjoy the sea view. We enter the apartment into the entrance hall.
To the left, we find the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, and filter coffee machine.
In the adjacent pantry, you will find the washing machine and an ironing board with an iron. In the living room, there is a 2-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, a flat-screen TV, a radio/DVD setup, and a table with four chairs.
Furthermore, you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace.
There is a table with four chairs and two very comfortable loungers, which you won't want to leave. Back inside, at the end of the corridor, we find the bedrooms.
To the right is Bedroom 1, which benefits from direct access to the terrace.
There is a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, toilet, bidet, and sink.
Bedroom 2 is on the other side of the corridor.
From here, you have a view towards the Salinas lake.
There are 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a ceiling fan.
Finally, there is a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. To complete your holiday, you have free Wi-Fi, a large communal swimming pool, and a private parking space.

Appartement ligt redelijk centraal, vlak bij horeca en supermarkt. Er wordt echter thans ( maart 2025) naast het complex nieuwbouw gerealiseerd.
Overlast was beperkt.
Alle afspraken zijn zeer correct nagekomen. Appartement is vanwege twee aparte badkamers ook geschikt voor vier volwassenen. Slaapkamers zijn wat klein, maar is kwestie van aanpassen. Kastruimte is daarentegen ruim voldoende.
