Agence Cocoonr offers this new contemporary house for rent in Saint-Malo, ideally located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Rothéneuf, less than 3 minutes' walk from the shops and 8 minutes' walk from Le Val beach. Close to all amenities, in a quiet location, it is equipped with wifi (fibre optics), has a surface area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² enclosed garden.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV and a non-functional wood-burning stove.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower,
- Separate toilet.
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds.
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed garden planted with trees + 18 m² south/west-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- 2 parking spaces
The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
Free parking is available in the surrounding streets.
Nearest train station: St Malo, 5 km away
Nearest airport: Rennes 80 km

Rosamaris Logement très bien. Agence pas correct, il devait venir faire l’état des lieux à l’arrivée personne est venue, maintenant il nous accuse d’avoir abîmé une chaise et taché un meuble alors que ce n’est pas vrai.
