The Atlanta holiday village is located directly on the beautiful, gently sloping coast of Sottomarina near Chioggia and borders directly on the famous historic town of Chioggia (also known as Little Venice) and is the ideal place to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The holiday complex includes an adult and children's pool, entertainment, mini club, restaurant/pizzeria, market, bazaar, children's playground and a private beach area.

The modern Gaia mobile home can accommodate up to 6 people and has three bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other two with two single beds each.

The living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker, large fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an espresso pot, a dishwasher and a microwave.

A satellite TV, air conditioning and a safe are also included.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax, while the children can play in the playground.

The rental price also includes 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol on the beach.

Barbecues are permitted within the complex.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The holiday village borders directly on the gently sloping sandy beach where there are also sanitary facilities and a playground.

POOL A children's pool and an adult pool are available to guests.

A small slide makes swimming even more fun.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY A professional entertainment team provides games and entertainment both during the day and in the evening. LEISURE AND SPORTS The entertainment team organises various games and tournaments in the holiday village and on the beach.

There is also a volleyball court, bowling alley, ... at the guests' disposal.

SHOPPING In the minimarket you will find fresh food as well as everyday products.

If you want to take a stroll or go shopping, you will find plenty of opportunities in the centre of Sottomarina.

You can also reach Chioggia (Little Venice) by bus or bicycle, where you can also visit famous boutiques and historical monuments.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

There is also a restaurant/pizzeria where you can book half or full board at preferential rates on site.
