Villa Vista Lux is located in one of the most exclusive urbanizations on the Costa Brava, with access to a private beach near the property.
It has a swimming pool with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 9:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Additional rules: 1.- The agreed price includes: - rental of the reference property for the contracted period - the property is equipped and furnished as it appears in the web description (does not include the local tourist tax) - bed sheets and shower towels, as well as Wi-Fi service in the property - 2 complete sets of keys, which must be returned on the day of departure 2.- The obligations of the tenant are: - occupy the house without exceeding the number of people stated in the reservation - leave the furniture as it was when it was delivered to the entrance (both in a state of conservation and in the distribution of furniture) - leave the rubbish in the containers outside the property. - clean up the kitchen, leave it in correct condition as well as wash the cutlery, dishes and equipment and place them in their corresponding place - do not hold parties or events and respect the quiet hours at night A deposit of 400 euros will be held through the bank card as a security deposit at the time of entry and will be returned within 7 calendar days after the guest's departure, if the house rules are respected. On the upper floor we find the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bright living room with access to a terrace, which has a barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the ground floor of the villa there are 3 double bedrooms (two of them with a double bed and one with two beds, plus an extra bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of them with a large shower and direct access to the pool. The property has air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it an excellent choice to spend your holidays, but also as a teleworking place!... The urbanization belongs to Tossa de Mar, a beautiful and quiet city, which comes alive in summer with its restaurants and shops.
It is one of the most charming cities on the Costa Brava, with its emblematic medieval castle and walls. Furthermore, the house is very close to Lloret de Mar, where you can find nightclubs and a wide range of restaurants. Tourist License: HUTG-006284
