Located a minute's walk from the historic centre of Duingt, opposite the church.


Discover a charming flat in the centre of a magnificent lakeside village.

Ideal for 4 people, it comprises two separate bedrooms, separate toilet, a large bathroom with bath/shower, a terrace with spectacular views, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room.


Both bedrooms have a double bed 160x200cm.

Television and broadband Wifi, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, raclette machine.... The flat is also equipped with a washing machine.


Linen will be provided for your stay.

Pets are not allowed in the flat.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without lift.


Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in a designated space.


Duingt, also known as "the pearl of the lake", is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Visit its old village, admire its two châteaux and enjoy its peace and quiet!


Arrival is possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.

After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.


If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
